I have been using it for 6 years and no problems with it. But I also have known others that it didn't help, or they had problems with it. We are all a little different and the medicine affects each of us differently. I would discuss it with your Dr.

I've been using Trelegy for over two years and I've had no problems with side effects. The sore throat isn't listed specifically, but could be the beginnings of a cold, exacerbation or something else. The eye problems are typical of a number of meds in the classes that are used in the combination of meds that make up Trelegy. You could try Breztri, the other triple therapy med available, or try using the three meds that make up Trelegy individually. Most of the LAMAs available do have eye difficulties listed as a side effect.
