Stay in, like I do!....Works for me.......😊
I find the warmer the weather the better I breathe. The colder it gets the harder it is to breathe. Not everyone is like this. Of course if it gets too humid it gets a little rougher, but I just drink plenty of water and take it slower than normal
i stay inside under my air conditioner. but I also wanted to say I bought some mullein extract drops it also has Dendrobium,Elderberry,Burdock Leaf, and Grapeseed oil.

Humidity is bad where I live (N.C.) where the temps are high. I just stay in with the AC on. Only go out to get in car to go to rehab or Doctors appts. Husband understands humidity is hard on my breathing so he does the errands.
My first time to visit this apt and I can relate to those who have commented. I exercse in an air conditioned room, mostly do my walking on the tread mill and some on the golf course.I do two inhaliers twice a day and it seems to help me a lot. I do not carry a rescue inhaler anymore, not even on the golf course. Since I do golf in the outdoors, I paid close attention to the comments about proper attire in hot weather. I do peotect myself by wearing the wide brim hats and the white, long sleeve sun shirts while out doors. That also helps me a lot to withstand the heat. I also drink an abundance of water while outdoors. Thanks everyone for listening. I will be back.
