Is Therfe Any Good Diet Advice I Can Follow, Im Scared To Eat And Get Confused
is really a scary thing i am new to this can anyone please give me some advice
I'm sorry you are afraid. You need not be because you have people who support you on this site. Sometimes it's just comforting to know they are there, thinking about you, some praying. And there probably isn't any question that hasn't been asked and answered 100 times because each person is different. My advice would be to first check with your doctor about seeing a dietician. Your whole body should be considered when choosing a means to nourish it. But you may also experiment with things that may cause issues. I found that eating excess sugar or carbs can cause my breathing to fluctuate negatively. I can go from a 98 to 90 in minutes. Is it worth a piece of cake....depends on the cake and why I'm eating it. You'll get a handle on this quickly. Just breathe!
Talk to dietien, exercise, get ur rest , don't eat fat foods try to reduce dairy an sugar it builds fats in ur body get the advise from ur dietien follow a routine be strong
Sometimes people with COPD find that eating three large meals is very uncomfortable, hard to digest and makes breathing much harder. Try having six small meals; get a dietitian or nutritionist help you figure out how to balance them appropriately. Many of us find that a Mediterranean diet is lighter and easier to digest than a standard American diet. There's no need to be afraid, just try something a bit different.
