Works for me. I couldn't walk across the room without using a rescue inhaler. I'm stage 3. Last night after cooking dinner I even made a box cake!!!!!!! I use the "Smart Vest" twice daily in addition to my nebulizer. Takes 10 min. Medicare pd. I have bronchiaectusis.
